Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift boxes, chocolates, or customized items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
